Return and Refund Policy

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

•  Must email Shoptimestwoclothing@gmail.com for return approval.  
• No free returns. We will not provide shipping label.
• Please include your order number in the initial email.  
• Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.  
• Merchandise must be unworn.  
• Accessories and bodysuits are items that cannot be returned. 

DAMAGES

• You must send an inquiry within 5 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately. 
• You have 3 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored.

LOST ORDERS

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please be aware, this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We can not replace your package if lost.

Expect a response to your email between 24-72 hrs (not including weekends)
